The Romanian School of Architecture is 120 years old in 2012, and the Conference you are invited at represents the highlight of the anniversary events organized in its honor. The Romanian School of Architecture represented, even since its very beginnings, a place of architectural education, research and of real architecture. Ion Mincu, the architect whose name our school is proudly bearing, is the founder of the Neoromanian style, the equivalent of the style internationally called Art Nouveau. Many professors and students had and are having remarkable national and international results. Famous architects from all over the world, ones that are creating schools and architectural theories, were honored to associate their names with that of our school by accepting the distinctions of Doctor Honoris causa and Professor Honoris Causa.
In this context, we are honoured to invite you to be a part of "(Re) Writing History" – a highly prestigious academic event, aiming at sharing knowledge and culture in architecture and its related fields.
