Registration Note:
- One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
- Contributions will only be published at ICAR2012 publications if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered before March 15th, 2012
- It’s necessary to be registered to get into the conference area (as author or as general public)

The registration fees include:
- Admission to all Oral sessions (parallel sessions with audiovisual equipment, computers, projectors, screens, microphones, wi fi connection etc.)
- Admission to Poster Sessions
- A printed Conference Programme
- ICAR2012 Proceedings CD
- ICAR2012 Abstracts CD
- Conference bag
- Conference materials
- Lunches and Coffee breaks
- Attendance and/or Author certificates
- An Invoice of the registration fee will be provided with the conference material.
Selected work will be published in a Academic Journal that could be ISI Indexed. Selected Authors will have to pay for this an extra fee of 150 Euro.
